A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments.

 

• $100 deposit for new PMU appointments  

• $50 deposit for follow-up appointments

 

To respect both our artists’ time and other clients, we kindly ask for at least 72 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

 

Appointments canceled within 24 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit and may affect future booking eligibility.

 

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, we kindly ask that no extra guests or children attend appointments.
